The funds received through organizations will be used to continue to its A Community That Cares Program supporting services to those who are unable to provide necessary personal and routine home care services for themselves. Supportive services include, but are not limited to the following: personal care services oral hygiene, bath care, skin care, positioning clients, vital signs, assist with oral meds, assist with feeding, ambulate. Routine home care services, socialization, homemaking, errand running relevant to care.
Support's assistance with personal care and cleaning supplies, through our annual Holiday Giving Campaign, to those in need of supervision, assistance, cueing and reminding of their daily living skills. If individuals do not have basic essential items like personal care/hygiene and/or cleaning supplies staff who is authorized to provide these services can not, and are not able to bill for this service. Leaving this individual without these services of their daily living. Although these individuals are increasingly more affected by cuts in state and government funding, their need for our services has not declined, but has in effect grown.
In order to continue to fulfill our mission to assist elderly individuals those with disabilities and special needs. CHHC will continue to support services like personal care and routine home care services along with programming for home bound individuals who are unable to do so for themselves. This will allow these individuals to stay in their home. As well as be a part of our community with staff assisting them in their daily living, at home, work, school and in our community.
