A Message from Home Instead Charities

After careful consideration, it has been decided that Home Instead Charities will cease operations as of December 31, 2023. This decision is not taken lightly, and is the result of thorough and thoughtful review and discussion.

The Home Instead Charities board of directors and staff are grateful to each and every organization we have partnered with since our founding in 2003, as well as every donor who has financially supported this important work.

The 2023 Give65 Event, held July 11 – 14, was the last event of the Give65 program.

Over the last twenty years, we have raised and distributed $8,677,965 through grants to charitable partners, the Give65 Event, #GivingTuesday, BASTAS grants, and the Disaster Relief Fund. These funds have served over eight million aging adults, who have benefited from partners addressing their physical, emotional, and intellectual needs, as well as Care Pros and key players during times of need.

Aging adults across the United States continue to need your support. If you would like to improve the quality of life for underserved aging adults, please consider making a gift directly to a nonprofit organization in your local community.

Should you have questions about a missing donation receipt or other administrative issue, please contact Kathy Miske at Kathy.miske@homeinsteadcharities.org.

We thank you again for your commitment to uplifting aging adults.

With heartfelt gratitude,
Home Instead Charities
