Hospice of the Conejo is providing seniors with the support, guidance, and education to lead fuller lives.
Hospice of the Conejo is the only organization in south/eastern Ventura County to provide long-term, therapist-led grief support, guidance, and counseling to seniors completely FREE OF CHARGE. There is a fine line between grief and clinical depression and many people need professional help to get through the grieving process. Our clients receive professional support that allows them to heal from the adverse emotional and physical affects that are presented by grief.

Your support will help seniors recover from the debilitating affect caused by grief and move positively forward with their lives.
