Bethesda Metro Area Village works to help seniors stay in their home as they age -- safely, independently, and in the community they love. The village offers volunteer-provided services and opportunities for social engagement to members within our village boundaries. Volunteers provide services for seniors such as rides, grocery shopping or other errands, answering technology questions, other in-home help like heavy lifting or small handyperson tasks, friendly visits or calls, and absent owner services. We also offer social and educational programs to connect seniors and prevent isolation. Our village leadership provides volunteer training and connects and coordinates with members and volunteers.
